I wonder if Japanimation is anything like Afghanistanimation...it's really funny, Cap.

Before the term anime became prevalent, western audiences generally referred to animated titles from Japan as Japanimation. It's kind of sad that it is no longer the term for that medium. Japanimation is a lot more fun to say than anime. Plus, the good thing about a word like Japanimation is that it is rarely mispronounced, unlike anime and manga.
