First thing's first: Omake Theater does have a Patreon page, and if you want to throw a little supportive backing this way your patronage would be greatly appreciate. That said, I cannot guarantee you will find any "naughty stuff" in my Patreon posts, but I still feel that you will find a lot of other neat and interesting stuff there.
Now, before proceeding, I just wanted to clarify that today's Yōikoma was not directed at Omake Theater's readers. You guys have been extremely supportive to me over the past 9 years and have expressed nothing less than complete understanding when real life got in the way of me updating this site. I could not ask for a better audience and for that I want to say, "Thank you."
To let you know, the vast majority of people that create webcomics are not doing it for a living. I am willing to go as far as to say that most webcomic creators do not even make any money off of their comics. They do it as a labor of love.
Usually, these creators also have set update schedules for new releases and do their best to stick to them, but unforeseen circumstances have a knack of getting in the way. For the most part, readers understand when something prevents a webcomic creator from updating, but there are always exceptions to the rule. Unfortunately, it is these exceptions that you find yourself remembering most vividly of all. If one thousand people tell you that you made something good, but one person tells you it is not...you will remember that one negative comment most. A similar principle applies here.
So to that, this comic is dedicated to all those creators who have readers that tend to get a little overzealous when you don't meet your expected deadlines. Looking at you, George R. R. Martin.
Lastly, I do not run banner advertisements on Omake Theater. I removed them from the website shortly after the site's redesign because it reduced page speeds and lowered the overall quality of user experience. Plus, no telling what type of code injection or user tracking those things are doing behind the scenes. What that means is there is no reason to white list Omake Theater because there are no ads here to begin with. Block away!
